Marking a second stadium date for both New York and Miami, the newly announced shows are set for Friday, May 16 at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. and Saturday, June 7 at the Hard Rock Stadium, respectively.

The news comes on the heels of the “Hips Don’t Lie” singer’s successful run in Latin America, where she made history as the first female artist with seven sold-out shows at Estadio GNP Seguros (formerly Foro Sol) in Mexico City. She now shares the record of seven dates at the coveted venue with Grupo Firme, which is set to give its eighth performance at the venue on June 28.

Named by Billboard as No. 1 among the Best 50 Female Latin Pop Artists of All Time, Shakira also topped Billboard’s monthly Top Tours chart for the first time, earning $32.9 million from 282,000 tickets sold in February, according to figures reported to Billboard Boxscore. She follows Bad Bunny, Los Bukis, and RBD among Latin artists who have topped the monthly ranking, making her the first solo Latin woman to hit No. 1.

Tickets for the new stadium dates in New York and Miami will go on sale at 10 a.m. local time on April 7 via LiveNation.com.
